Besides roast culatello which is hand tied and oven-baked with saturated steam, Salumificio Leoni produces the Cuor D'oro culatello which is very refined, with an intense flavour and delicate taste. This type of ham is made with large size thighs of Italian pigs, to which flavours, extracted through decoction, are added.
As well as cooked ham and culatello, the company produces both Italian and foreign cured prosciutto, bresaola and several types of salami.
