Polenta stick with rosemary pre-fried – CGM: pleasant polenta taste

This dish recalls to the traditional receipt of the polenta made of water and maize flour, but proposed in a modern version: cut in stick breaded with rosemary bread and fried, it is a tasty side-dish presented as a meal-component, and a surprise as finger food when served at buffets.

To be consumed previous cooking. Cook the product without defrosting:
- In pre-heated oven (200°C): bake for 10 minutes
- In deep fryer (180°C): fry in hot oil for 2 minute

Ingredients:
Water, maize flour, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, brewer’s yeast, salt, maize flour, rosemary), wheat flour, sunflower oil, acidity regulator (tartaric acid).
